SLM-18 Self-Loading Concrete Mixer1.6-1.8 m³
One operator loads, mixes, and pours. No batching plant, no mixer truck, no crew.
Built for sites a ready-mix truck will not reach — rural roads, self-build housing, block yards, bridge repairs. It drives to the aggregate, loads itself, mixes on the move, and discharges where you point it.

Working footage — loading, mixing on the move, and discharge — is sent on request, together with the plant's own test-run video for the unit we would build for you.
Where it works
Sites away from a batching plant
Where a ready-mix truck cannot arrive within the working life of the mix, the machine batches at the pour instead.
Self-build housing and block yards
Small, repeated pours through the day, run by one operator rather than a loading crew and a truck.
Rural roads and small bridgeworks
It drives itself between pours, so a scattered job does not need a separate transport arrangement.
Container loading and transport
What blocks a machine from a container is the door frame, not the internal height.
A 40HQ gives you 2.698 m inside — but only a 2.585 m door opening, and after a 5 cm handling margin you are working with 2.29 m wide by 2.535 m high. Internal height is what a spec sheet advertises; the door is what the machine has to go through.
Narrow enough for the door, taller than it — the drum-lowered height decides
Width clears the door opening. Travelling height does not. Because the drum lifts and rotates, the height with the drum lowered can be lower than the travelling height — but nobody has given us that figure in writing, and we will not estimate it. Until the plant confirms it, this machine is quoted on a flat rack, in an open top, or roll-on/roll-off.
Travelling height is over the usable door opening by 45 mm.

Six close-ups a buyer normally asks for: hydraulic drive motor, wheel-side reduction axle, reinforced drum base with replaceable blades, weighing system, driving display, and the water tank with its self-priming pump.
Photography and working footage of this model are being prepared. Until they are ready we would rather show a drawing than a picture of a different machine.
What we actually do after the machine leaves
What we do
- Ship a wear-parts list with part numbers alongside every unit
- Answer technical questions in English on WhatsApp — first reply within 24 hours, China time (UTC+8), Monday to Saturday
- Keep your build sheet on file, so re-orders go by serial number
- State the warranty terms in writing on the proforma invoice, per model
What we don’t
- Keep a service depot in your country — we will say so rather than promise an engineer who is not there
- Quote a delivery date before your container mode and booking are fixed
- Publish a price we would have to defend against a factory’s own listing
- Put a number on a specification we have not received in writing from the plant
Import certificates for your country
Select your destination. Only requirements we have checked ourselves are listed — where we have not checked, we say so instead of guessing.
Nigeria
SONCAP applies. A Product Certificate has to exist before the machine ships — and your bank cannot open the Form M until it does.
We make the application and build its cost into the quotation rather than presenting it later as an extra.
The regulatory status of the exact ten-digit HS code for this machine is confirmed in writing with the appointed inspection body before we quote.
Kenya
A PVoC Certificate of Conformity must be issued before shipment; for shipments from China it is issued by the appointed inspection bodies.
Arriving without one triggers destination inspection at your cost, which is slower and dearer than doing it here.
Tanzania
A TBS PVoC Certificate of Conformity is required before shipment.
Shipping without it means a penalty assessed on the CIF value plus destination inspection.
Ghana
A G-CAP / EasyPASS Certificate of Conformity is a mandatory clearance document, issued by an appointed inspection body.
United Arab Emirates
No product certification is required for construction machinery entering the UAE. We read every entry on the MoIAT regulated-products list; construction and earth-moving machinery is not among them.
Trailers and semi-trailers are on that list, so if your unit ships with a trailer, that part is certified separately.
Saudi Arabia
SASO / SABER certification applies, and under the governing technical regulation the supplier filing it must be your Saudi agent or importer — not the Chinese exporter.
We cannot file SABER on your behalf. Saying so is cheaper for you than finding out at the port.
What we can do: supply the full technical file and risk assessment your agent needs, and ship in parts where transport dimensions require it.
Vietnam, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand
Import duty and conformity requirements are confirmed case by case with your customs broker before we quote.
We do not publish figures we have not verified for your country.

Get your landed cost
Tell us the port and the quantity. You get a CIF or DDP figure — machine, freight, certificate, documents — not a factory-gate price you still have to work out.

Questions buyers ask about this machine
Do you publish a price?
No. A factory-gate price tells you almost nothing about what the machine costs to land in your yard, and the difference between the two is larger than the difference between most models. We quote CIF or DDP against your port and your quantity: machine, ocean freight, conformity certificate and export documents as one figure.
Can I see the machine before it is paid for and loaded?
We attend the plant before loading and check the machine against the written specification item by item, then send you a dated report with photographs. You are also welcome to inspect it yourself or to appoint your own third-party inspector; we arrange the access either way.
What warranty comes with it?
The warranty is the plant's, and its terms are stated in writing on the proforma invoice for the model you order. We do not print a number here, because a warranty figure we have not been given in writing is worth nothing to you when a part fails.
How does the machine get to my port?
That depends on whether it clears a standard container door. The container-loading section on this page states this model's position. We book the mode with you before the machine moves, so the arrival date is a plan rather than a hope.
Do you have a service depot in my country?
No, and we will say so rather than promise an engineer who is not there. What we do: ship a wear-parts list with part numbers alongside every unit, answer technical questions in English on WhatsApp within 24 hours China time Monday to Saturday, and keep your build sheet on file so re-orders go by serial number.
